WHAT TO EXPECT
- These retainers are designed to help guide and hold your teeth in place after orthodontic treatment.
- May feel bulky or snug at first, especially the roof of your mouth & if it's been a while since you've worn it.
- Light soreness or pressure in your teeth is normal for the first few days.
HOW TO WEAR & CARE
- Your orthodontist, will instruct you on the how to best wear your retainer. Usually you will wear the retainer full time for a period of time right after your braces or attachments come off, after that you should wear your retainer every night for life!
- Always store it in its case when not in use (retainers love to disappear into napkins and backpacks!).
- Remove it when eating, brushing, or playing contact sports.
- Clean it gently with cleaning tablets in cool water or an ultrasonic cleaner. Do not use hot water, a toothbrush or tooth paste to clean, as they scratch or warp the material.
- Handle gently! Be careful not to drop it or bend the wire.
WHEN TO ASK FOR HELP
- It becomes painful or won’t seat properly.
- There are cracks, warping, or anything doesn’t feel right.
- If the wire is poking, bent, or broken.
- You notice it no longer fits as it did originally.

YOUR FIT GUARANTEE
We’re committed to making sure your retainer fits exactly as it should. That’s why every order is backed by our FIT Guarantee: you’ll receive a high-quality, custom-made retainer tailored just for you.
How the FIT Guarantee Works
If your retainer doesn’t fit properly, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to report the issue. Once we review your case and confirm it meets the FIT Guarantee guidelines, we’ll remake your retainer at no additional cost.
Try it on as soon as it arrives.
We recommend testing the fit right away. If something doesn’t feel right, the sooner you let us know, the faster we can make it right.
Dental work may affect your fit.
If you’ve had any dental work since your last 3D scan, please schedule a new scan before ordering a new retainer. Dental changes may impact the fit and will void the guarantee. If this applies to you, contact our customer service team right away.
