Having trouble entering a coupon code?
-Your doctor's office has specific codes that they can use to provide the maximum discounts to you as their patient 
​-If your coupon code ends in RET your Retainers For Life Protection Plan will include a retainer
-If your coupon code does NOT end in RET and you still need a retainer you will have to add one to your cart when purchasing your Retainers For Life Protection Plan

Where can you input a coupon code?
There are a few different ways to input a coupon code, this guide will show you how!

At the time of checkout there are two places you can enter your coupon code:

-After answering the questionnaire for the patient (Pt.) receiving the protection plan you will click the ADD TO CART button. You will be navigated to the first checkout window where you will review all of the information that was entered for the Pt. Your coupon code can be entered in the space shown below.

-Coupon codes can also be entered on the next page before checkout is completed. It will be listed where you input your payment information as shown below. 

Still having trouble?

If your code doesn't work
-Contact your orthodontist's office and they can review the code you are using
-Contact the customer service team at Retainers for Life, and they will assist you.  

If you forgot to enter your code
-If you forgot to enter your coupon code call Retainers For Life Customer Service and provide the coupon code to them. The team will then request a refund of the amount and advise on the code provided.  
-Refunds are received by the customer within 24hrs to 10 business days after the request has been placed.
