FIT Guarantee Guidelines
If you find the fit of your retainer to be unsatisfactory, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to report the issue. Upon review of your case and confirmation that it falls under our FIT Guarantee guidelines, we will promptly create a brand-new, customized retainer at no additional charge.
Immediate Fit Check
We also recommend that you try your retainer on immediately upon receiving it. The faster we know of an issue with the fit, the better.
Post-Dental Work Recommendation
Additionally, if you have had dental work since your last scan, we highly recommend scheduling a new scan as we cannot guarantee the fit without it.
