Severe weather is impacting service in many areas, in areas directly affected you will experience delay in your deliveries. 

Fabrication & Shipping Times:
Each retainer is custom-made, starting with your intraoral scan, ensuring its accuracy, creating your prescription, 3D printing your tooth model, and then fabricating the retainer. The entire process usually takes 3-5 business days, depending on the complexity. Shipping time varies but typically takes 2-5 business days. Please allow 7-10 business days from the day of your order to receive your retainers.
