Thank you for reaching out to our Customer Service Team regarding your retainer concern. To assist you effectively, we kindly ask you to provide photos and videos of your retainers, including the areas causing trouble. This will enable our team to compare your original retainer with the new one that you are experiencing issues with, identify any differences, and address the issue efficiently. By sharing clear images of the retainer in place and focused on the problem area, we can work with your orthodontist to explore tailored solutions as needed. Since retainers are handcrafted by orthodontic professionals, occasional adjustments may be necessary. For all changes that deviate from your orthodontist's original prescription, our team will first request approval from your orthodontist.
