For patients who had their braces removed AFTER 1/1/2017 and whose retainers DO FIT
The digital scan of your teeth that we took when we removed your braces will be sent to Retainers For Life on your behalf after you have enrolled.
Retainers For Life will store this digital scan and will use it to make your new retainers.

(and thus the teeth may have shifted) OR for patients who had their braces removed PRIOR TO 1/1/2017

You will need a new scan of your teeth to be taken if you want new retainers from Retainers For Life.
Contact Adirondack Orthodontics (518-579-7250) and notify them that you are a previous patient of DeLuke Orthodontics and need a new scan to
be taken and sent to Retainers For Life. I will be notified once your scan has been received and I will personally design your retainer(s).
If your teeth have shifted since your braces were removed, the new retainers WILL NOT shift them back. Rather,
they will hold the teeth in their current position and prevent additional shifting from occurring.
